Lapis Storage Guide

Keep lapis tightly cling-wrapped before storing

  1. Room temperature: up to 3 days
  2. Refrigerator: up to 2 weeks
  3. Freezer: up to 1 month

If unable to finish at one go, it is recommended to divide the lapis into smaller portions and place only those to be consumed in the coming week in the refrigerator, rest to the freezer to maintain freshness.

Lapis Consumption Guide

  • Chilled cake lovers: eat it cold, straight out from the fridge
  • For better texture and flavours: thaw to room temperature before serving
  • For best flavours: reheat in oven or microwave
    1. Oven: Preheat to 180deg, bake for 3-5 minutes or until warm throughout
    2. Microwave: Reheat for 1-2 minutes or until warm throughout

Cookies Storage Guide

Keep your cookies in a cool, dry area, away from direct sunlight and heat. Ensure the container is tightly sealed to maintain freshness.

Best enjoyed within: 4 weeks of purchase and up to 2 weeks after opening.

Do you have any pop-ups in Singapore for sampling and purchase?

Yes. We have curated Lunar New Year pop-ups in Singapore for 2026, where you may sample and experience our bakes in person. Purchases can be made on-site, with pre-order options available for collection or subsequent delivery.

  • 19 Jan – 13 Feb (Mon – Fri): Raffles Xchange CNY Fair, Raffles Place MRT
Is Singapore delivery available?

Yes. Singapore deliveries are available on select Tuesdays and Fridays throughout January and February.

  • Free delivery for orders above SGD 150
  • SGD 15 delivery fee applies for orders below SGD 150
